TMC3 is a 37-acre life science campus under development in Texas Medical Center about 3 miles from the West MacGregor Area. Buildings will be connected by 6 public parks in the shape of a double helix. Parks will be known as Helix Parks. Phase 1 opened October 26, 2023. TMC3/ Helix Park is expected to add more than 26,000 jobs and generate an additional $5.4 billion in economic activity each year, according to Texas Governor’s Office.
