Kimberly Phillips
President - KIMBERLY R. PHILLIPS
 
Kimberly has lived in the Riverside Terrace area of Third Ward for more than a decade. What she loves most about it is the rich history and sense of community, and she is committed to preserving the neighborhood’s legacy.
Vice President - RUSSELL JACKSON
 
Russell and his wife have lived in West MacGregor since 1990. He has served on the WMHOA board since 2018.  He is committed to maintaining the single-family character of neighborhood. He is a business owner with over 100 employees in Houston and D.C.
Treasurer - DONALD RICKETT
 
Donald Rickett has been a resident of West MacGregor for almost 20 years. He has reported to corporate boards in his leadership roles with a fortunate 300 company and government agency.  He has been an active participant in the West MacGregor HOA for many years and has been involved in past initiatives in Riverside Terrace. He believes in preserving the character of the neighborhood while welcoming thoughtful change.
Assistant Treasurer - KIMBERLY MCCLAINE
 
Kimberly McClaine has over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting and is currently the Chief of Staff at Liberty Bank and Trust, the largest African American-owned bank in the U.S. with $1 billion in assets under management. Previously, she served as CFO at Lone Star Capital in Houston, where she managed financial operations and strategies for portfolio companies. Her career also includes roles as AVP Finance at Ochsner Health, directing financial planning for multiple business lines, and Operations Controller at Schlumberger, overseeing offshore operations in the North America Gulf Region and Caribbean.
 
Kimberly holds an MBA from Cornell University, a Masters in International Business from Queens University, and a BA in Accounting from Dillard University. She is skilled in US GAAP, fund accounting, financial reporting, internal control, tax, treasury, and HR functions. Known for implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures, she is passionate about redefining the role of CFOs, focusing on strategic growth, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Financial Secretary - MATTHEW COWARD
 
Matthew and his family have resided in the neighborhood since 2010.  Matthew is an active community member and supporter, as well as an avid volunteer in legal and church-related capacities. He has been on the WMHOA Board for over 3 years. He is committed to maintaining the integrity of the neighborhood.
Secretary - LATANYA JONES LOVE
 
Dr. LaTanya Love, and her husband, Dr. Ray Love, have resided in the neighborhood for over 10 years. She is committed to making sure the community is a safe place to raise a family.  She works diligently to engage neighbors, attorneys, media, and community leaders to support the neighborhood. 
Board Member - ALTON HUDSON
 
A resident for over 21 years, Alton serves on the architectural and deed enforcement committee for the neighborhood and has been serving on the Board in that capacity. He leverages his prior homebuilder and construction project manager experience to support the neighborhood. 
Board Member - CHRIS CORDEUX
 
Chris grew up in London, England and moved to the U.S in 2015 and fell in love with Houston. He has lived in West MacGregor since 2022 and been active in the community. While living in the U.K. he served on his local HOA board for 3 years, and he is now leveraging that experience to support the WMHOA Board and community.   
 
Board Member - JASON BURNETT
 
I am a father of two young twins and have lived in the neighborhood since 2019. I fill each of my days with work that I hope serves others now and in the future. I have a sincere passion for bringing community back into our lives as a support system.
Board Member - RYAN WALTON
 
Ryan and his family re-located from Washington DC to Houston at the end of 2015 and moved into Riverside Terrance in 2020.  Ryan is a commercial litigation attorney, specializing in products liability and mass torts.  In his free time, Ryan enjoys mentoring young men as a member of 100 Black Men Houston, traveling with his family, listening to music, and watching his children compete in athletics. He is committed to serving and supporting the community and leveraging his time and talents as a Board member. 
 
Board Member - TIFFANY HAINES
 
My name is Tiffany Tavernier Haines and my husband (Ra'Shaud Haines) and I have lived in the neighborhood since October 2019. I have 2 boys, Riley (10) and Reese (6), and am a physician at UT Houston working at Hermann Memorial Children's and LBJ Hospitals. I love spending time with family and friends, cooking and vacations.
